What we collect
When you enrol we ask for your name and WhatsApp number, and optionally your email address and anything you choose to type into the "anything we should know" box. Two optional questions go with it: which of four broad descriptions fits you (student, fresh graduate, working professional, or hiring for a team) and how you heard about us. Both can be left blank. Your phone number is the one thing we genuinely need — it is how we verify it is really you, and how we send you your session details.
We never see your card details. Payment happens inside Razorpay's own checkout window. What comes back to us is a payment reference, the amount, and whether it succeeded.
We also receive the ordinary technical information any website receives — IP address, browser, and which pages you visited — which we use to keep the site running and to stop abuse of the verification-code system. We do not keep a log of the pages you visit.
Your enrolment record also notes which link brought you to us: the code from a referral link, the domain of the site you arrived from, and the page you first landed on. This is how we can thank the person or platform that recommended us. It holds no identifier and no browsing history, and it is described in full on our cookie policy. If you would rather it were not there, tell us and we will clear it from your record.
If you enquire about seats for a team, we also take your company name and how many seats you need, along with your name, WhatsApp number, optional email, and whatever you write in the message box. That enquiry is kept while we are arranging the booking and for twelve months after it is closed, then deleted automatically. Ask us sooner and we will delete it sooner.
How we use it
Your information is used to:
- Verify that the phone number enrolling is really yours
- Hold your seat on the session date you chose, and tell you where and when to come
- Take payment and issue a receipt on request
- Contact you if a session changes, or to arrange a refund
- Understand in aggregate how the site is used so we can improve it
- Know which channels actually fill seats, from the two optional questions on the enrolment form
We do not send marketing messages to enrolled students unless they ask for them.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Send you a copy of the enrolment record we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your personal data, where we are not legally required to keep it
There is no learner login on this site, so there is no account to close — your data is the enrolment record attached to your phone number. Email info@elevox.ai or message us on WhatsApp at +91 87676 12720, and we will respond within seven days.
How long we keep it
Payment records and invoices: as long as Indian tax law requires, typically seven years.
Unfinished checkouts — where you started enrolling but never paid — are deleted automatically after 30 days.
We also keep an administrative log: a record of what our own staff did in the admin panel, so a refund or a cancellation can be traced to the person who made it. Entries name the action and the record it touched, not you — we deliberately do not write names or phone numbers into it. Log entries are deleted after 12 months.
Team-seat enquiries: twelve months after the enquiry is closed.
Everything else: until you ask us to delete it.

How we design, and what we refuse to do
Consent on this site is asked once, plainly, with Decline and Accept given equal weight. Nothing is pre-ticked, no countdown invents urgency, and no seat count appears until a seat has genuinely sold.
We audited this site against all thirteen dark patterns named by the Central Consumer Protection Authority and published what we found — including the ones that do not apply to us. Read the dark-pattern self-audit.
