AI Unlocked - Zero Mile

Five hours. One phone. You leave having built something that works.

You have watched the videos and typed something into ChatGPT that sounded impressive and helped with nothing. Almost everything available right now is either a two-minute reel with no depth, or a six-month programme you cannot commit to before you know whether any of this is for you. Zero Mile is the honest middle: five hours, one Saturday, and you leave having built a working AI tool with a public link, knowing exactly where AI cannot be trusted. Nagpur’s Zero Mile Stone is the point from which every distance in India was once measured — not a destination, a measured starting point.

Outcomes

What you'll be able to do.

  • Build a working AI tool from your phone and publish it on a link anyone can open
  • Use the CRAFT prompting framework - Context, Role, Action, Format, Tone - on a real task from your own work
  • Make AI read your own documents, and generate a spoken audio briefing from them
  • Spot where AI breaks: invented sources, bias at hiring scale, and what must never be pasted into a chatbot at work
  • Leave with an honest read on where you stand - including being told plainly if the answer is not yet
What you'll build

Walk out with these in your portfolio.

Concrete artifacts: public, clickable, yours. This is what you show instead of a certificate.

What we cover

The plan for your 5 hours.

  1. 01

10:00 - We start by doing, not explaining

    • One real problem from the room, solved live on a phone in under three minutes
    • No welcome slide, no introductions
  2. 02

10:20 - How the machine actually thinks

    • Why AI invents things that sound completely true
    • Why the same question gives two different answers
    • Where its knowledge stops - watched live, then predicted before we test it
  3. 03

    10:55 - The Prompt Lab

    • CRAFT: Context, Role, Action, Format, Tone
    • A terrible prompt rebuilt element by element, output improving each time
    • Your own task - a cover letter, a difficult email, an SOP - scored by the person next to you
  4. 04

    11:40 - Break

    • Chai, charging points, and we fix any phone that is misbehaving
  5. 05

11:55 - Make AI read your own documents

    • Upload your resume, syllabus, rental agreement or company handbook
    • Watch it refuse to invent an answer it does not have
    • Generate a spoken audio briefing of your own document
  6. 06

12:35 - Build something that works

    • You are not learning to code - you are learning to specify
    • Pick a brief: expense splitter, flashcard drill, daily sales tally, standup notes
    • Describe it until it exists, improve it, then publish it on a public link
  7. 07

    13:25 - Break

    • Second break
  8. 08

13:35 - Where AI breaks, and who pays

    • Find the two invented sources in a paragraph that reads perfectly
    • The same hiring prompt run twice with one word changed
    • What is safe to paste into a chatbot, and what ends a career under India’s DPDP Act
    • A real story from pharmaceutical AI, where every decision had to survive an auditor
  9. 09

    14:05 - Your map

    • What is actually being automated, and what is actually being created
    • Four real AI career paths, what each requires and what each is not
    • A twelve-point diagnostic - including telling you plainly if the answer is not yet
  10. 10

    14:35 - Ship it

    • Publish one professional post carrying your link and one honest thing you learned
    • For many people, the first public professional evidence they have produced
This is for you
  • Final-year students and fresh graduates who keep hearing AI will decide their career and have no idea where to stand. You will leave with something you built, not something you attended.
  • Working professionals in IT, pharma, manufacturing, banking or family business who can feel AI happening around them rather than to them. You will leave with a tool that solves something real at your work, and language to talk about AI credibly in a meeting.
  • Parents deciding whether any of this is worth investing in. Come yourself, or send your son or daughter, and find out in one afternoon instead of committing to six months on faith.
  • People with no technical background at all Roughly half the room will be in exactly the same position. Nobody is behind.
This is not for
  • Anyone who wants to watch rather than do. You will be building on your own phone for more than half the session.
  • Anyone expecting a certificate that gets them hired. Five hours cannot do that.
  • Anyone already building with AI daily. You will be ahead of the room and you will not get your money’s worth.

Four things we want to be straight about

  1. This is not a certification that will get you hired.

Five hours cannot do that, and anybody telling you otherwise is selling you something. This is a starting point, and we named it Zero Mile for exactly that reason.

  2. This is not a coding bootcamp.

You will build a working tool. You will not learn to program in an afternoon, and we are not going to imply that you will.

  3. This is not a webinar you sit through.

More than half the session is you, on your phone, making things.

  4. This is not a sales seminar with a workshop attached.

We talk about our own programmes for eight minutes, at the very end, after everything above has already happened. If the diagnostic says you are not ready to enrol, we will tell you that instead.

The fee

What it costs, and what happens to it.

₹799 ₹199 75% off The first 20 seats. This is our first public room and we would rather it were full.

  • You get it back Whatever you pay is creditable in full against any Elevox programme you enrol in within 30 days. Continue with us and the workshop costs you nothing.
  • No countdown timers When the 20 are gone we change the number on this page. That is the whole mechanic.
  • Every session capped Not for urgency — because we staff the room so everyone gets through the build, and the build is the point.

Questions we hear most

Straight answers.

I have never used AI before. Will I be lost?
No. The session assumes no prior use of AI and starts from how the machine actually works. The first ten minutes are a live poll of the room, so you can see where you stand instead of guessing — and so we can pitch the next five hours at the people actually in front of us.
Do I need a laptop?
No. The entire five hours is designed for a phone. That was a deliberate decision, not a compromise — we wanted this to be open to everyone in Nagpur, not only to people who own a laptop they can carry on a Saturday.
Do I need to know coding?
No. You will build a working tool without writing a line of code. What you will learn is how to describe what you want precisely enough that it gets built.
What phone do I need?
Any reasonably current Android or iPhone with a working camera and enough space for two free apps. Bring it charged.
Will there be any subscription cost?
No. Every tool we use in the session has a free tier that does everything you need on the day. We will tell you honestly which ones have paid versions and whether they are worth it.
Is the session in English?
The materials are in English. The teaching switches between English, Hindi and Marathi depending on the room. Ask a question in whichever you are comfortable with.
Will I really build something, or is that marketing language?
You will really build something, and you will leave with a public link to it that anyone can open. If more than a small handful of the room does not finish a working build, we treat that as our failure, not yours — it is the number we hold ourselves to.
Is this going to be a sales pitch?
Eight minutes at the end, after five hours of work. We describe our programmes by who they are for and who they are not for. There are no countdown timers and no salary figures anywhere in this workshop, because we do not think that is how you should be spoken to.
Will this get me a job?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Five hours gets you a starting point, a working build, and an honest read on where you stand. Getting hired takes months of real work — that is what our longer programmes are for, and after Saturday you will be in a much better position to judge whether one of them is right for you.
Can I come with my son or daughter?
Yes — book two seats and you will both build something. If they are under 18, both seats go in your name: the booking is a contract and it needs an adult on it. Message us on WhatsApp and we will set that up.
Why is it ₹199 when the price says ₹799?
Because this is our founding cohort and we want the room full. The early seats are ₹199, and once they are gone the price is ₹799 for everyone. We are not running a permanent discount pretending to be an offer — when they are taken, this page changes to ₹799 and stays there.
Is the ₹799 a real price, or just an anchor to make ₹199 look good?
It is the real price once the founding seats are gone, and for every session after this one. If you would rather wait and pay ₹799, that option genuinely exists.
If I pay ₹199, do I get ₹199 or ₹799 as credit?
You get back exactly what you paid. Pay ₹199 and ₹199 is creditable against any Elevox AI Academy programme you enrol in within 30 days; pay ₹799 and the full ₹799 is.
What if I book and cannot attend?
Tell us at least 48 hours before the session and we will move you to the next date at no cost, or refund you in full. Inside 48 hours we cannot fill the seat, so we can move you but not refund you.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes, a certificate of participation, handed to you in the room. We are also going to be honest with you: a five-hour certificate is not what gets you hired. The link to the thing you built is worth considerably more, and that is the one we would put on your LinkedIn.
Is there anything I should not bring?
Do not bring documents you would not be comfortable emailing to a stranger. You will be uploading something of your own during the session, and we will explain exactly why that rule exists.
