Enrolment
By enrolling in an Elevox programme, you agree to attend live sessions in good faith, engage with mentor feedback, and use programme materials solely for personal learning.
Cohorts are limited in size to keep mentorship meaningful. Your seat is confirmed once payment is received.
Refunds
Cancel at least 48 hours before your session and you get a full refund, no questions asked. Message us on WhatsApp with the date you booked — that is the only route, because your confirmation comes from a no-reply address nobody reads.
Inside the final 48 hours, and for no-shows, the seat is not refundable — at that point we have reserved the room, the materials and the mentor's time for you, and it is too late to offer the seat to someone else.
If a session is materially different from what we advertised, or is not delivered as described, you are entitled to a refund. This applies regardless of the 48-hour rule, and nothing on this page limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019. If we cancel or reschedule a session, you always get the choice of a full refund or a seat on the next date.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically land within 5–7 working days.
Workshop credit
The fee for an entry workshop is creditable in full against any Elevox programme you enrol in within 30 days of attending the workshop. The credit equals the amount you actually paid, applies once per workshop seat, and is applied to the programme fee rather than refunded in cash.
The Elevox Marketplace
The Elevox marketplace has not launched yet. Nothing in this section is available today, and no current programme includes marketplace access. We are describing our intent so you know where we are heading — not making a commitment you can rely on.
When it does launch, our intention is that you keep the majority of net subscription revenue for any project you list, with Elevox retaining a share to cover hosting, billing, customer support and platform infrastructure. Exact terms, payout schedule and eligibility will be published here before the marketplace opens, and you will be free to decline them.
Intellectual property
You retain full ownership of any project, code or content you build during or outside a programme.
By listing on the marketplace, you grant Elevox a non-exclusive licence to host, distribute and market your work through the Elevox platform. You can withdraw a listing at any time; the licence ends when you do.
Code of conduct
We keep cohorts small so participants can rely on each other. We expect respect between students, mentors and staff, honest engagement with feedback, and no harassment or discrimination of any kind.
Serious violations result in removal from the programme without refund.
Liability
Elevox provides educational content and mentorship on an "as-is" basis. Career outcomes depend on many factors we cannot control — we do not guarantee any specific job or salary outcome from any programme.
Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid for the programme in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes are announced on WhatsApp, or by email if you gave us one, at least fourteen days before they take effect — on the contact details you enrolled with.
This used to promise email only. An email address is optional on the enrolment form and many people book without one, so a promise made only by email was a promise not kept for them; the WhatsApp number is verified at booking and reaches everybody.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law.
Who you are contracting with
elevox.ai is operated by Elevox AI Services Private Limited, a company incorporated in India on 28 July 2026.

GST registration is in progress. Until it completes we cannot issue a GST invoice, but we will provide a payment receipt for any enrollment on request.
